Terms
- Done when
- The core flow works in production as the scope describes it, and the docs let you redeploy from a clean checkout.
- Changes
- Changes after sign-off are estimated separately or planned for a next phase.
- Data
- Client data is used only to configure and test, in accounts you own. AI tools see code and project context, not production user data, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Starts
- Once the scope is signed off and my previous project is delivered.
FAQ
How do we work together?
We start with a short brief, then a scoping sprint if the scope is not yet clear. From there I propose a fixed scope and price. I build in small steps and show you working software at each review.
Which stack do you use?
I pick the stack that fits the product. My public work uses Angular, Java with Spring Boot, PostgreSQL and Keycloak. This site runs on Astro, Docker and Nginx. My generative AI work uses Vertex AI. If a project needs something else, I say so before we start.
How long does it take?
A scoping sprint takes about one to two calendar weeks, and an MVP build typically three to four. I run one client project at a time, so the start date depends on the current slot. Every proposal gives calendar dates as well as workdays.
How do you use AI agents?
Agents support scoping, prototyping, code, tests, refactoring and documentation. Every generated change is reviewed, tested and understood before it is merged. Decisions on architecture, data model, security and user experience stay with me. I don't promise speed multipliers. I describe the workflow and you judge the result.
What happens to my data?
You share only what the project needs. It stays in accounts you own, and AI tools do not receive production user data unless we agree otherwise in writing. No process is risk-free, so I state which tools touch what before the work starts.
What is not included?
Ongoing maintenance, marketing, content production, legal or compliance review, design beyond an agreed UI base, and unlimited revisions. Each offer lists its own exclusions, and anything outside the agreed scope is priced separately.
